1 1/5/13 10:33 MPD towed a red 91 Toyota pickup for registration expired over 6 months in the 200 block of Dunecrest Ave.
2 1/6/13 14:47 MPD documented a verbal disturbance in the 100 block of Spray Ave.
3 1/12/13 9:07 Party in the 100 block of Surf Way reports finding a bicycle abandoned in his driveway.
4 1/12/13 21:00 Victim reports receiving annoying phone calls while on Surf Way.
5 1/18/13 13:09 Victim in the 100 block of Spray reports theft of two firearms from his unlocked vehicle in an unknown location and unknown time between 1/16/13 at 1800 hours and 1/18/13 at 1130 hours.
6 1/18/13 13:09 Suspect in the 100 block of Spray was in violation of a court order by having not surrendering firearms within a 24 hour period as required.
7 1/19/13 23:58 PONCE, GILBERTO, RAYMOND, male/22, DOB 02/14/1989, 5’08”, 240lbs, blk, bro, was arrested on 1/20/13 at 0018 hours for delinquency of a minor and providing alcohol to a minor in the 100 block of Tide. PONCE was released on citation from MPD jail.
8 1/23/13 10:15 Victim business reports theft of 2 drills, a grinder, a suction cup, and 2 panels of copper siding, from Spray Ave.
9 1/23/13 10:15 Victim reports theft of 2 drills, and a grinder valued at $410 from Spray Ave.
10 1/29/13 17:01 Victim in the 100 block of Surf Way reported theft of a Trek Soho bicycle from his carport.
11 1/31/13 23:56 Victim was shot while in the 100 block of Tide, investigation continues.
12 2/9/13 20:47 MPD aided, in the recovery of two dogs trapped underneath a residence on Surf Way.
13 2/16/13 11:40 The City of Monterey Public Works Department reported graffiti vandalism at Beach and Tide.
14 2/22/13 16:09 Victim reports theft of 2 checkbooks and a wallet from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in front of his residence in the 100 block of Tide Ave.
15 2/28/13 10:15 Report of suspicious circumstances on Dunecrest Ave. regarding a male subject claiming to be an employee of PG&E walking around a residence.
16 3/2/2013 22:21 “[JUVENILE] was cited and released to his mother after being found in
possession of mortar type projectile fireworks and 3 large bottles of vodka
while on the beach in front of the 100 block of Tide”
17 3/10/13 14:43 Subject reports finding a black Apple iPhone 4S on 03/08/13 at approximately 1330 hours on Del Monte Beach.
18 3/11/13 8:56 City of Monterey Harbor Master, reports a bonfire to have damaged a dredge pipe that runs along Del Monte Beach. Total estimated damage is $5000.
19 3/20/13 20:44 Victim in the 100 block of Surf Way reports theft of vehicle while parked at his residence. Vehicle returned on 3/21/2013.
20 3/26/13 00:36 Juveniles (5) were all arrested for a curfew violation in the 100 block of Tide. Two were also found to be minors in possession of alcohol. One was additionally found in possession of cigarettes. All were transported to the Front counter of MPD for parental pick up.
